I was walking into Walmart in my hometown which is a new store. It had been snowing that day and I didn't realize that the black pavement and no trees blocking the wind made the parking lot dangerous. I slipped and fell on my knees and hit pavement barely catching face. I tore my miniscus in knee, sprained ankle and hurt back. I keep getting run around. I was told Walmart doesn't own the land however, the same people that own Walmart own Walmart Real Estate Trust which owns the land the parking lot sits on. I have given statements to three different insurance companies including State Farm and keep getting run around. I need surgery and am in constant pain for 5 months. They have video of the event. I had two witnesses who had to pick me up off the ground and help me into the store. I will never shop at Walmart again and hope people start buying American goods and follow suit.
