Requested machine-got vapor cleaner free-additionally requested car-detailing kit-obtained vacuum and vapor cleaner but after repetitive attempts I'm not able to get info on my car-detailing kit-was billed for this but never obtained and can't-get one to reply my telephone calls. Unhappy!
