I bought this VAPOR Cleaner from HSN however it needed to be delivered to Shark Steam Cleaner in Chino, CA. I'm still waiting a few months later to get a reimbursement on my charge card. Why purchase from HSN and obtain the reimbursement from Shark Steam Cleaner, because they do not actually speak language. SHARK STEAM MOP IS JUST A RIP-OFF so that as much when I worried I'll likewise no further buy something from HSN because they won't remain behind items offered by their marketers.
