I bought an Infinity Upright Vacuum inside a year 5 it stopped functioning. I named Euro Pro Running LLC and was informed to slice the wire within the machine and return it towards the organization.in exchange Euro Pro Running LLC might deliver me a "new" machine. I paid $24.00 to email the wire to ensure that I really could get my machine in a reasonable fashion. It was in Feb and today its Goal I still haven't obtained my vacuum. I've phone Euro Pro Running LLC many times and was informed that my machine had been delivered.By today (March 6) I've not obtained my vacuum.
I'd not suggest buying any product from Euro Pro Running LLC. You can't knowing their workers, they could not reply or won't answer your concerns. Proceed to inform you that the product has been email - when? After performing research, I then found out they have lots of grievances against them (Euro Pro Running LLC).
Their customer support is horrible! If anyone else has bought any merchandise from Euro Pro Running LLC and also have experienced any issues please, please, please, please allow different know-so that they can not purchase some of their product.
