NYX Cosmetics advertised a 12th Anniversary via newsletters, their website, twitter and facebook. After having server issues all day & night instead of apologizing and addressing the problems, I believe they flat out lied. Most people, including myself, spent HOURS waiting for the site to come. I RAN to the computer EXACTLY at 3pm EST. They advertised $1.20 merchandise for 12 hours and that is exactly what they should deliver. They send a message via Facebook offering 50% and a free shipping coupon to compensate us? To add insult to injury, we are supposed to email THEM to receive the code. Yesterday they said the code would be posted "Tomorrow morning". The communication was terrible, sparse and sometimes combative.
NYX really needs a lesson in how to treat their loyal customers.
