I've always loved Stila - their makeup and fragrances are fun and always look great. I received an order recently that surprised me though because one product (a Cherry Crush lip stain) was broken and another (Lash Visor mascara) was goopy: (
I checked the return policy on the Stila site and emailed as instructed for a return authorization code.
I expected to be issued a code, return my items and get a refund but instead I received my auth code along with the nicest message from Nicole that she would send me replacement product right away at no charge.
It is almost unheard of for a company to make life that easy and pleasant for its customers.
I'm a Stila fan for sure now.
