Never purchase from ProFlowers to get a special day. I requested (many times ahead of time) Blossoms along with a card for my mother for Moms day. On Mothers trip to 7pm, I obtained this e-mail:
Dear Mr Baker,
Thanks for the current purchase. Sadly, we were not able to discover a florist in a position to finish the shipping for Mom's Evening. Together with your authorization, we'd be pleased to deliver the shipping on Friday having a back-up of Wednesday to incorporate an email of apology describing the wait. Please take our sincere apologies for almost any trouble this might have triggered.
Merely answer this mail and we shall set this up for you instantly. Thanks.

After I wrote back and informed them how absurd this really is, they provided me 20% off my next purchase. It has been 6 times since Mothers Time and that I still don't have any blossoms, no reimbursement with no apology. Therefore not just did they damage my Moms Time, they wont actually attempt to get this to right for me personally. Customer Support below HURTS
