Beyond terrible service!
I'd to stop ideas with OUR KIDS on PARENTS day-to generate to a different town to provide PARENTS DAY blossoms to my very own Mom... CHEERS TELEFLORA!
The plants I requested for my Mom weren't shipped about the Friday before Mothers Time as planned... TELEFLORA did not actually bother to contact
The next day, I named and waited 55 units to achieve a realtor, three minutes by having an agent that actually did not care, 10 units on constant store awaiting a boss and 20 units using the boss SIMPLY TO BE INFORMED Teleflora had nevertheless to locate a florist to satisfy the purchase and was not able to invest in having plants sent to my Mom until Friday or Wednesday (AFTER PARENTS DAY!).
The boss was really snippy in my experience as she requested "what would you like US to complete?"... (exactly what a dumba# issue... What about a telephone call... Geez... Like there is a scarcity of florist within the DFW Metroplex... Ridiculous!)
The supervisor OFFERED to pay me plus recommended me they'd provide the blossoms probably on Friday or Wednesday (3 TIMES LATE & *AFTER* PARENTS DAY)
Understand this...
This week... I obtained one email from Teleflora declaring simply because they sent the blossoms (3 times late and AFTER Mothers Day)... They wouldn't be reimbursing my cash because they OFFERED to complete.
Then today, I obtained another mail saying that since "I DECLINED TO REMAIN ON THE TELEPHONE TO LOOK AFTER MY ORDER" they'd not be refunding my cash (... Truly? Almost 2 hours about the telephone together is not long enough??.)... And LOVVVVEEE this... They express they "recorded they named me... Sent me... Which *I* never responded"... (what liars!) after which closed the e-mail with "warm desires"...
Undependable, Untrustworthy & SHADY...
