I placed an order with " From You Flowers.com" for my mothers birthday. The order was to be delivered between 9:00-6:00 PM on her birthday. I received the following email from From You Flowers at 6;16 PM "Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a florist able to complete the delivery today. With your permission, we would be happy to send the delivery 9/6 with a note of apology explaining the delay or we would be happy to even call the recipient to personally apologize. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. I will never use them again. The gift does not carry the same message when it arrives 3 days late.
