The last two books I have ordered have been paid by electronic orders through my bank. Even though I make these payments, I do not get credit for them and it is necessary for the bank to contact Bottom Line. Their reason is an incorrect account number was provided.
Nowhere on the invoice do they explain that you account number changes for each book ordered.
Are you aware that the first three numbers of the account number denotes which book you ordered? I found this out today.
Even though I changed the account numbers for the payments, I still continue to have the same problem. They credit payments to the wrong account or not at all.
Either they have a flaky accounting system; the accounting department is totally swamped and can't keep up; or a lock box service that can not service their account in a timely manner.in any case the hassels are NOT worth it. I will not order any more publications from this company.
