Requested plants for a worker after her surgery. The blossoms never came. FTD didn't inform me they wouldn't be completing the purchase and didn't return my charge card till I named them 1 1/2 months later after I discovered the blossoms were never shipped. I'm really ashamed when I was thinking why my worker never aknowledged the blossoms. Today I'm just like a horrible chef! After I named them, they never actually agreed to go on and load my oreder in a reduced price to create things right. I'll never trust the corporation again.
