Our mom NEVER complains and he or she named the agreement horrible. The agreement was to become all red, 5 flowers. I paid $63. She obtained 3 roses plus some orange blossoms; a little agreement this one might spend $8 for in the supermarket. I named to protest, was informed they might redeliver the blossoms on May 14. Didn't occur. I reported again and was guaranteed a call-back. Didn't occur.
Don't use this florist. It's a fraud.
