They told me if they could not get my loan rate lowered they would refound my $2000.00 back. Last time I talked to them. 2 weeks ago. They could not find me in there files. He said he would have a Nicole call me back. That never happend. Now I can not talk to anyone but the machine and no one returned my calls in over 2 weeks. And nothing on my house loan getting reduced. Nothing like getting someones hopes up that's down in the dumps.
