I moved from FL to MA in March. I was given a price which I agreed with.
Delivery was schedule to be in 7 business days. It took 14 days, the drivers called me Thursday morning to let me know that he was in the way. He arrived at 10pm and told me that his truck could not go into the complex and I will need to pay again for redelivery. I paid extra $500 to have my stuff redelivery from NY by another company.
When the items were delivered on a Tuesday morning, I noticed that 3 boxes were missing. I reported it immediately via email and phone talked to the salesperson MIKE. He was who I signed the contract with. He told me that he will look for the boxes in the warehouse. 2 months past, I called a least 3 times a month and I don't have any answer from them.
No claims forms... No one returns my calls... Actually they are not picking the phone when they see my name in the caller ID.
I lost about $800 (missing boxes). My curio was broke, I paid extra insurance for it... Never paid for it either.
