Kent goss non payment of invoices

This company recieves payment from his vendors, but does not pay for the work performed. Our company had been transporting equipment and/or machinery for this mans customers per his request. We currently have 5 open invoices that range in date from 35 days to 79 days late.

The on going total currently owed is 75296.50, plus interest from past due invoices and late fee and penalty payments from the freight bills that have yet to be paid.

We have attempted to contact this company by email, phone and postal mail, at first he would respond with stories of non payment on his end, and he will send payment immeditely, to now dodging the calls, letters and emails.

Because of non-payment on his company's end, we are dealing with a freight carrier on our back requesting payment on bills we have yet to collect on.
