Hired me as a dispatch, no training, quit and lost my unemployment

This company needs to be stopped. I worked there for one month without training, very stressful, was expected to do the job without training. At my one month review they gave me another month to prove myself, again no training. I left the company and lost my unemployment because of it. 22 people have either gotten fired or walked out since july. They are a miserable company to work for and they do not pay their truckers for loads that they take for them. All i want is my unemployment back
