A company hires you, you work their for 4 months then they fire you not knowing you were going to be fired! So you collect unemployment then they appeal the unemployment saying you quit and did not give them 48 hours to find other work! You tell me! My understanding is i thought i was working for a full time company not a temporary staffing agency, in order to get this job you have to sign a form saying if you were fired or quit that you would not get unemployment bennefits? Isn, t that saying if you dont sign the form you will not be hired? See what i mean. It, s almost like double jeopordy. That is my complaint oh and by the way the person that appealed the decision was not their when i was fired. They said i quit that is what they told the appeal tribunal! Not good karma thank you.
