Johnathon Clark, the "training" manager. Substandard rushed training left me ill prepared for what was expected on production floor

Do NOT under any circumstances apply for a positon at Teleperformance A.S.D.in
Shreveport, La! They say that they provide adequate training for the job, but their idea of "adequate" training and most other companies idea of "adequate" training are two different things. It starts with a 3 week whirlwind classroom section in which reams of information are thrown at the trainee with the expectation that you will retain what you've been "taught". On the fourth week of your "training", you are basically thrown on the phones with little or no assistance from "nesting" trainers.in my opinion, this is wrong and should be dealt with. New employees are expected to perform like veterans with little or no actual training and if they happen to make a mistake (which is bound to happen considering the non-existent training) they are immediately fired.
