Bought membership at Cancun Palace Resort in Cancun, Mexico. Because of misrepresentation By Cancun Palace and after trying through phone and mail to get contract cancelled I contacted TOA. They promise to represent me in my quest with money back guaranty. Took my money $900 and I am still waiting. Months after mailing signed forms to TOA as asked I called TOA for update. Promised (Ms. Sheika Hartley) they whey would resubmit papers to Cancun Palace and would keep me informed of any development. This call was made on Feb, 8/10 and Ms. Sheika Hartley, Client Care Specialist followed this with an e-Mail (case resubmitted) dated 2/12/10. Nothing since. I have called1 866 644 7776 and line gets disconnected after a few seconds of a fax like sound. Tried 888 278 6088 ext 271 and this phone does not belong to TOA and Ms Hartley is inknown here.
