On March 3 while Vacationing in Cancun, Mexico, I signed for club (time share) membership at the Cncun Palace Resort in Cancun, Mexico. I was promised that my time share at Monarch Grand Vacation in Las Vegas was to be taken of my hands as part of the payment (I was adamant on this). Paid $ 9010.00 by credit card.
Days after returning home to CA Grand Monarch quarterly maintenance payment notice arrived. A call to Monarch G.V.informed me that Palace Resort had never contact them. Phone calls and e mail to Cancun Palace Resort in Mexico finally informed me that The company policy (Palace Premier S. A DE CV) is not to accept any other time share from any company as art of buying agreement.
Ms Dulce Lopez from the Legal Department at Cancun Palace in Mexico promised to present my request to nullify agreement to the Board of Cancun Palace Resort. When I was able t contact Ms. Lopez several day later I was informed that no answer yet. Waited., and waited and not a word from Palace Premier.
Neither Palace Premier nor TOA (now no longer in buisness) have provided any furthe information regarding my request to declare contract invalid for misrepresentation. All my attempts for information on final disposition of my claim have been unproductive
