Readers Digest sent us a book that we did not order, nor wanted. Grandchild opened it and we were not able to mark "Return to Sender" on the packaging. We have called about the bill, no return call, no attention paid. They are now sending us to a collection agency and put in a report to the Credit Bureau.in Florida, if you receive something you have not ordered you are allowed to keep it.
