I received a bill for "Select Editions Vol 4-12 THE BUNGLOW", a book never ordered or received

I received a past due bill followed later by an "AMNESTY NOTICE" to pay $30.41 for a book that I never ordered or received. The book titled " THE BUNGLOW" does not seem to exist. Note that the word is not "BUNGALOW". I searched on the Readers Digest website, Amazon, Google and other websites and did not find it. The Prescott, AZ address is suspicious for Readers Digest and it is different from other Readers Digest consumer complaints.

I am contacting Readers Digest at their known address in New York to complain.
