Over a month ago I ordered a watch from imensgifts.com because their price was 20% less than all competitors.
Although they immediately charged my credit card, the status of my order (on their web site) remained at: "Not Shipped". I called them weekly; they never answer their phone. Also weekly, I wrote e-mails; no response. Finally, I cancelled my order and requested a refund.
Imensgifts.com do not communicate with their "customers" (victims is a more appropriate term). They never answer their phone and never reply to e-mails. They also have not cancelled my order or refunded my money as I requested.
