I ordered an iPhone case from them through Google offers on 11/3. After hearing no new information on 12/3, I wrote them an email. No answer, I wrote them another email the next day. Still no answer. I tried calling the number they provide. "The call cannot be completed at this time." Finally, I wrote them a strong email threatening to expose them as a scam if they didn't respond. They apologized "for my frustration" and assured me my product would ship "soon." After about 5 more unanswered emails, I went to Google offers, who was happy to refund the $15 I paid for the offer. But SolSketch still had my $5 for shipping. I wrote them at least three more times that I wanted a refund. They ignored me.
Today, 1/7, I was informed my product had shipped.insult to injury. NEVER order from them. They are horrible. I hope the BBB shuts them down.
When my case arrives, I will smash it.
