I ordered flowers, and was under the impression my order was only going to be a certain amount, well to my surprise the total on my card was more than double what I submitted my card for. I was told by both the Rewards program and Blooms Customer Service (who spoke to me like I was an idiot) that these charges would be backed off within 5-7 business days. The point wasn't that the charges would EVENTUALLY be refunded, but that what they charged was not the authorized charge!
Will never buy from these scam artist again!
