Irresponsible auction company lacks accountability. Fails to deliver items as described

I am reporting my own personal experience with this company.

This company specializes in industrial auctions. They use Bidspotter.com to advertise their auctions. As the successfull internet bidder of one of their auctions, I failed to receive what was described in the lot. An expensive item was missing.

The worst part of this experience is the company failed to do anything. They did not return phone calls and accused me of not understanding what was in the lot. This is after sending pictures of the lot that clearly showed the item was in the lot. This reaction by them (besides the monetary value lost) shows that they took no responsibility. Because of this, it will likely continue to happen in the future.

BEWARE TO ALL INTERNET BIDDERS. This company obviously enjoys the additional revenue brought in through Bidspotter.com. But, since Internet bidders do not have the ability to guard their lots, they need to take more responsibility to address these issues and not point the blame back to their customers.
