This company failed to record correctly my original complaint. But, the real ripoff comes when you try to get your money back. You won't get it. FORGET ABOUT TRYING.
I'm guessing this type of company works on percentages. It gets lucky with a small percentage of tickets that get dismissed. I'm guessing again that 80% of the tickets are not dismissed. And, I'm guessing that less than 1% of customers get any money back despite "guarantees." I DO NOT KNOW OF ANYONE WHO HAS RECEIVED MONEY BACK WHEN TICKET WAS NOT DISMISSED.
And, you should know that if highway patrol pulls you over — YOU AREN'T GETTING OUT OF THE TICKET NO MATTER HOW RIGHT YOU ARE.
Don't waste your money on these guys.
