Ripoff unfair practices towards loyal customers with emergency situations, no changes, no refunds, no partial use of ticket

Priceline.com has an unfair policy in cases where emergencies arise and a resonable change needs to be made to a ticket. Priceline will not allow partial use of a ticket for a departure only or a return only. The whole ticket must be used or you lose the whole ticket and there is no refund.

The no change policy is clear, but the no use of partial ticket is not clear in on line reservations. Some flexibility should be used with loyal customers who have a record of using Priceline.com for a travel reservations.

Nothing is done to help a customer who has an emergency situation that is beyond their control, after tickets have been purchased.

This policy should be changed.
