They charged us an annual PCI fee twice within 6 months. The contract doesn't even list a PCI or annual fee anywhere. When I contacted them, Clark informed me that the 2nd charge was a mistake and they would refund the entire $99.95 within 3 business days. Well, they refunded $50.00 only. Then when I switched processors they charged me a $399.00 early termination fee. My contract clearly states the fee is to be $199.00. After several phone calls and telling them I was reporting them to the BBB, they refunded the $200.00.
They still have not refunded the additional $49.95 even though I did file a complaint with the BBB over that amount. If they were to refund what the contract says, they would owe me $99.95.
When I signed on with this company they were Merchant Industries and apparently National E Payment bought them out. Next time I see that my current processor is changing hands I will immediately want to know what the "new" terms are.
