On 28 December I ordered two Davy Crockett gift packages, one at $99 and one at $109. The purchase order or "receipt ID" was 1651-9408-0798-1037. With shipping and handling, the total came to $239.20. This amount was promptly charged to my credit card. Nearly four months later, I still have not received the merchandise.
I have exchanged numerous emails with [email protected], to no effect. On 27 January, she said they were waiting for the rifles, but that the costumes would ship the following week, with or without the rifles. That didn't happen. On 17 February, she said (and I quote) "We will be shipping on Monday, 21 February." I waited another two weeks, the order did not arrive, and I contacted her again. She said "I will look into this for you." That was on 2 March. I have heard nothing from her since.
I contacted the Attorney General of Arizona today, and encourage others to do the same. The online form is easy to fill out.
