Order #2677515204991 online was for 5 orders, each order consisted of 4 packages of 60 pads each package for $9.88 each order. So I ordered 5 orders totaling "20" packages. Then, I thought with a sale like this, thinking it was a black friday sale, but was online for 2 weeks and would end monday after thanksgiving, I ordered 10 more orders of 4 packages in each order containing 60 pads per package. 10 orders of 4 packages = 60 total packages. That was Order #2677517840310 placed on December 2.
I received only "5" packages which was short 15 packages, on the first order, then "10" packages which was short 30 packages on the second order.
I have it all printed out, the ad online showing EXACTLY what they were selling, and then the receipts they sent me showing EXACTLY what I paid for and what each order consisted of.
NOW, they owe me the remaining 15 packages from the first order, and the remaining 30 packages from the second order, totalling "45" packages.
I called them on 12/2/09, the first time when I received the shorted shipment and was told they would give me a $50.00 gift certificate to forget the whole thing. I said I wanted what they advertised and l paid for with printed receipts. She said she was NOT going to give them to me.
