I ordered merchandise on 11/20. My credit card was charged for the item. On 12/12 I contacted them on the status of my order, as I had not receieved anything yet. They stated that it was beining sent ot that day. As of 12/26, I still have not receieved my merchandise. I have tried contacting them several time, but I get no reply back. The total was $25.80.
