I purchase the LG Rumor Touch back in June of last year, after the 1st month I have 2 receive a replacement phone because of defects with the phone, last year I receive a maybe more then 6 replacement phone because of defects & this year 3 to 4, I been waiting over a week for someone from corporate to call me to resolve the problem, customer service agent can not give me the help I need all they want to do is replace it with the same phone so the issue can repeat itself, they say that only corporate can send me out an upgraded phone but they cant connect me & corporate have not called but I still pay a bill for a service that don't work correctly & purchase a phone that doesn't work & they refuse to provide correct help.
