It was the third phone I purchased from Virgin Mobile since the first two more expensive models were so problematic. After several failed attempts to get the "call waiting" feature to function, I was finally sent a replacement for the LG Rumor II. I might add that these are the phones that are offered for VM's prepaid plan.
The replacement phone had the EXACT same problem - no call waiting. At one time a VM rep told me that phone never even had that feature! So many calls later and VM reps telling me a technical support person would get back to me, but NEVER did, day after day. And according to the manual, that feature was supposed to function on the LG Rumor II.
I wanted to return the phone but VM told me that my 30 day warranty was up! All that time they pretended to offer help was merely to make my warranty run out. Their fine print releases them from all manufacturers warranties, since they do not manufacture the phones, only sell them! A total ripoff!
I would NOT recommend doing business with this company, EVER!
