World Moving Services
Cheating, Stealing untrust worthy

They are the worst moving company i have ever dealt with. I said to pack everything and they only asked questions about furnature and when I ask does this include clothing, picutes and fdust collecters they said yes. My binding estimate was 4.2k. Now it is double that to move from Colorado tp Texas. Not one but two people on seprate days asked me about my stuff and I got the same answer. Now I am stuck with a huge bill. They wont admit to or correct their mistakes. Let alone that they now have my cash and really wont take my calls now. What a royal screwing.
They have misplaced my packing list so I dont know if something is missing. No one showed up to supervise them packing. Customer service is just a huge waste land where nothing gets done. I have asked over 5 times to talk with the highest level of management. I get just another supervisor that has not done their little home work and read what the previous guy has taking notes down. They only want to give me $75 to ship two items that they didnt pick up. Just the shape alone since it is electrical wiring and conduit for my hottub will cost that. That does not include the wood steps they forgot also. The weight alone will run $40-$50.
They unloaded my items at a storage unti that I selected and they started the off load at 7:30 pm and did not finish all paperwork and reweight until 4:30am. Now I have to take a second day off work because they should have been there at 10:30am. The condition of my items are still to be determined but out of the 30-40 items I have been able to see I have 15-20 broke, scratched and just completely busted. They broke a serving spoon, scratched my powder coated entertainment center so bad that it is down to bare metal on all 4 sections. My beautiful wooded coffee table is now just a pile of firewood.
The problems just go on and on. I have moved a few times internationally and only had 5-10 items broke in a total of 5 moves. Just from Colorado to Texas I am afraid to find and open my dishes.
