I ordered hair bows on December 8 from Nala Grace Bows. I was told in an email that it would take up to 14 days for my order to ship due to the bows being hand made at time of order and in place of order. Well 2 weeks rolled around and still nothing.
I have contacted this company over and over numberous times by email (only contact). On Jan. 18 2011 I received an email with a tracking number and saying they had problem with their courier. Well the tracking number was invalid and not found. I have since contacted this company several times by email and have not gotten one responce.
My credit card was charged $42.80 on December 9 which was the 50% of price and free shipping over $25. I want my order in its entiretly as I ordered it with my money refunded.
