Razorgator fraud, beware
I bought seats about the evening that Phillies closed Cliff Lee for his 2011 introduction as christmas give my spouse. Razorgator sent confirmation mail, charged my Credit $230, subsequently named per week later to express "provider does not have these seats". Obviously not... The cost for Phillies tickets had been spiking quickly. I advised them their purchase site claims "We arrange to update seats if unavailable", they explained "no, our fine-print claims we simply need to return your cash, that is it". Therefore no update, only a limit. Therefore being caught I stated okay, provide me the worse seats for same cost. Except months and months passed and seats never came. FOUR-TIMES in February and March I had been informed "our provider is postponed in delivering" as was handed phony shipping times. Lastly merely hours prior to the sport the seats arrived via Fedex, many lines greater than I Would purchased.
Officially we got towards the sport, but whole encounter truly drawn and that I can't suggest Razorgator to anybody. My spouse was stressed, I had been stressed, and seats weren't what I settled for.
