I purchased tickets on the day that Phillies signed Cliff Lee for his 2011 debut as xmas present to my wife.
Razorgator sent confirmation email, charged my Visa $230, then called a week later to say "supplier doesn't have those tickets". Of course not... The price for Phillies tickets was already spiking fast. I reminded them their order page says "We reserve right to upgrade tickets if unavailable", then they told me "no, our fine print says we just need to refund your money, that's it". So no upgrade, just a downgrade.
So being stuck I said OK, give me the worse tickets for same price. Except weeks and weeks went by and tickets never arrived. FOUR TIMES in Feb and March I was told "our supplier is delayed in sending" and was given bogus delivery dates. Finally just hours before the game the tickets came via Fedex, several rows higher than I'd bought.
Technically we got to the game, but entire experience really sucked and I cannot recommend Razorgator to anyone. My wife was stressed, I was stressed, and tickets were not what I paid for. Our money was clearly used as a hedge while "suppliers" tried to sell the same seats for more $ to others for several months.
