Csr error bank acct withdrawal

For almost three months ihave been waiting on a refund from t mobile that is rightfully mine. I called in to make a payment of $70.00 on a t mobile account as a favor for a family member, cs in error took out $170.00 from my account (debit) with my card. I immediately requested a refund. I was told that it would be refunded in about 3-5 bus. Days, i never saw it. It is now almost 2 months later, and still haven't seen it. I have given just about all info i can give for them to refund the money to me, not the address on the account. I understand that they are following regulations, but i need for my refund to come to me. I have even contact the acct owner and they called in to give permission for them to refund the money owed, but still i get the run-arounds. I have contacted t mobile at least 8 different times in the last 2 months. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life. Each time that i talk with a csr i get a different answer. I was told that the refund was already sent to the address on the account, the acct holder said they never seen it. I call back to inform them of what the acct holder said, but i still get the run arounds. I am still waiting on it. I am fed up. F.Y.I... Please do not make a pymt on someone elses acct, you will not get your money back. They are worhtless... (tmobile).
