My mother recently bought my 5 year old daughter a pair of twinkle toes for school this year (September). She was extremely excited... If fact that is the ONLY thing she requested specifically. She wears them to school (not everyday) and she takes them off as soon as she gets home. They haven't gotten much use. But the rubber is pulling apart from the shoe and the decal from the shoe is wearing off but yet the souls of the shoes are like brand new. She contacted Peebles store in Mansfield PA where she purchased them from they said the only thing they could do is give her 10% off of a new pair. My mother is on a very fixed income and cannot afford to buy her a new pair even at 10% off. Needless to say we are very disappointed and my 5 year old is very heartbroken over the situation. She knows they cost alot of money and has taken great care of them but cannot wear them any longer. Would still love her to have another pair and give it another try is there anything we can do to have them replaced?
