Twinkle toe tennis shoes

I purchased the twinkle toes tennis shoes from Foot Locker for my daughter two months ago, and I'm very disappointed. The cover over the toes with the light up sequence started peeling and eventually the whole portion of the top of the shoe peeled off. I paid $47 for these shoes and had I known they weren't worth the price, I never would have purchased them. I think Sketchers owes me a new pair of shoes but not the twinkle toes
