The upstairs AC stopped cooling. We called our home warranty provider. They sent out Accurate Air Conditioning and Heating. We were told the coils were clogged cause there was no filters next to the unit. (we put the filters in at the intake ducts so we don't have to crawl in the attic) So $1300 later we have everything they told us we needed cause it was "so dangerous" to live there. Well you guessed it, didn't fix a dang thing. Now they said "whoops you needed that stuff anyway." Two weeks later, 4 appointments cancelled. Four excuses of not the right part, can't get the part. I told them from the beginning I have a special needs child. He has to sleep with a breathing machine and an alarm. Now it is hot in his bedroom where he can not sleep anymore. I was told "what do you want me to do about it, we didn't get the part?" after 2 weeks can you not get the part? It hasn't been a priority to us was the response. I can reschedule you an appointment for when it will work for you. TODAY or the other 3 days previous worked for me. NOW what? Ill sit and wait. I called the warranty company, they can't do anything either.
They sure cashed my $1300 check ASAP, and had all the parts for that. Amazing
