You can forget about getting someone on the phone to address your problems

The corporation is completely terrible. They've a "return" plan which obviously demands an RMA, however they wont provide it for you, missing risks. They deliver your a contact using the RMA, but include 100 additional skills for your return (Ie, "we wont take it if...") Finally, once you return the item they WOn't post your credit— AT-ALL, not only within thirty days— and WOn't react to emails etc. You are able to ignore obtaining somebody about the telephone to deal with your issues. You get right to voice-mail.
