Horrible Service

This site is terrible. I requested a gown collection for my neice on December 5. The cash was billed to my charge card the following day. I likely to observe some order status change or obtain an update in about 5 days. Following a week handed I sent their "customer support" (I've never gotten ANY service and so I would not contact them that) I also known as their telephone number twice. Because these gowns were a Holiday Present and that I hadn't obtained an answer after 4 emails, I requested the gowns from another website which delivered the gowns 24 hours later! I sent myfancyprincess.com AGAIN to tell them I needed to stop my order of course if which was difficult to deliver mean "RMA #" and so I might return my purchase. Which was 14 days before, all I've obtained is e-mail notices stating my purchase may deliver in 4-7 days. Lastly RECENTLY (december 21) I acquired the bundle from myfancyprincess.com. I Stil havent received my return # and that I just have till January 5 to come back the merchandise. Actually this site is trash. Terrible service.
