Damaged goods, lost items, calls to company ignored over 2month period

This company may be ok for small apartment moves. However, they are a washout for a full house move. With my move with them, a number of items were broken, parts to table legs lost, furniture item not delivered and company didnot notify me that item was not being delivered. I just happen to look for the item while movers were in my house. The driver in charge had no idea, but went to his truck to call the owners, and came back with a made up story that the item fell apart. I asked to see the pieces. But there was no reponse. Over 2 months, company will not return my calls. I left messages, still no call. As I unloaded boxes, china is broken, sculptures broken, glassware/crystal broken. Overall, the move was poorly organized, delivery crew obviously very unskilled. Crew leader was negative and constantly complaining about the move. Record albums left outside on the patio. So they were destroyed by bad weather by the time we notised they were outside. That seems a no-brainer. I am dreading opening my mirrors. I am afraid of what I will find - more broken glass! This is not a company to use if you care about your furniture and household items, and don't expect customer after you give them your certified check.
