DISH Network unfairly billed 112.55 dollar for services we did not receive for Feb. The bill was paid in full (AMEX credit card) despite their resistance to reversing the charges. Where we live currently we do not have a DISH receiver installed and cant due to association restrictions.
We did pay them $5 per month since Aug for DISH pause meaning if we ever moved to an area where we could install one we would and not get charged installation fees. Therefore, for that service alone we got charged $5 per month which we paid and agreed to paying. However now they are getting charged the full fees for not having service.
We spoke with them on several occasions including a supervisor but they dont care.

I do not feel it is fair for them to charge us for services we did not receive. If you go to Usa Consumer Complaints.com you will see how many complaints have filed against them for similar practices. Is someone going to do anything about these big corporations duping the little consumer? I will like to file a class action lawsuit against DISH if there is a potential case against them.
