No rebate paid on computer purchase

I bought a computer based upon the advertisement of a substantial rebate. I filled out all necessary ppwk and included all requested documentation. No rebate. Sent a follow up letter. No rebate, no response. SCAM! Store personnel said, "Not our probelem." Office Depot sucks!!
