In January I received a delinquent bill from columbia house and I never ordered or received anything from them. I tried to call them and they told me that that account does not exist. A few months later it showed up on my credit report and then I tried disputing it but so far they messed up my credit by at least 20-30 points. Let's all file a class action suit against Columbia House and National Recovery! Oh, and while at it, throw Experian in it too because they are liars and cheats and charged me for the 3 credit reports with the credit scores and it was not available. Has anybody tried to cancel a membership or get their money back from them? The person on the phone is so annoying it hurts. Told me repeatedly that I will be able to see all my credit score in 24-48 hours and when I told her that I needed it on Monday and I ended up ordering it from Equifax she kept repeating the same thing over and over. Ugggh!!!
