Experian, National Credit Solutions, Capital Management Ventures Columbia House National Scam - Class Action Lawsuit or Goverment Investigation

Before going to buy a car I to pull my credit report about 3 days ago and I had discovered that I had a collection in the amount of $80.63.00 and the original creditor being Columbia House that was reported in my Experian credit report from this National Credit Solutions. I was so surprised because I never saw this item before until today. It was first reported to this company National Credit Solutions in June. I never received any written notice, email nor phone message from either Columbia House nor National Credit Solutions.
I called Columbia House and they did not could not find any records of my account.
According NCS I have been purchasing some items and paying for some of them in 2002. They called me on 02.02.09 to collect $213.25 and this women on the phone was insisting on paying over the phone with a credit card. When I asked for a postal address and ask if I could pay with certified money order she was advising against it. After insisting she faxed me their mailing address with different person on the form.

...
Two days later when (I just before leaving for Post Office to send a certified M.O. I have received a phone call from Chris Murphy of Capital Management Ventures (of Oklahoma City) asking for $80.63
I am not sure what is going on.
Is this like a good cop bad cop tactics? Is this legal?
Going back to Columbia House.
The women on phone from MCS told me that I the account with CH was opened in 2002.
I was bedriddin with CFS from 2000 to 2003 and I had no money nor intention to spend on anything but food and medication. I didn't have a credit card at that time. I have never open an account with Columbia House I didn't fill out any of their junk mail offers and was never contacted by Coulmbia House regarding this matter for 7 years. All of the sudden without any warning my credit score goes down the toilet.
Again according to CFS Columbia House claims that I have ordered some items and paid for some of them. They could not revel to me any details of my purchases.
And one more think that surprised me.
They read to me my SS# and ask me to confirm.
I never heard of any situation in which a person is buying a product over the phone or on-line and is being ask for the SS#.
Is it legal for them to obtain a Social Security Number?
Please Help.
How can I prove that I am innocent?
If they can force us to pay $60 or $200 what will stop them if they one day will claim we owe them a $1000 or $100000...?
Please let me know if anyone knows about or is interested in class action lawsuit against Experian or Columbia House.
