Left carpet worse than when he came - dozen spots-won`t return phone calls

Ad-cleaner - came out and did job. Carpet worse than when he came. Will not call back and phone anwerer getting. Bad job and no communication to rectify. Local phone out of service. Rip off deluxe. Called another carpet cleaning company and when I told them the problem, they said "must be horizon again". Rip off with a poor reputation!!!
